Upgrading to the latest version (10.13.4)

Hi all, I just tried to upgrade to the latest version for EN. But the whole program went crashing citing the missing file "Evernote.exe". I uninstalled the program and tried to reinstall by downloading a new file directly from EN website and face the same issue. Can anyone kindly advise me on this?

Hi.  If you're seeing that notice when downloading from Evernote.com,  then you're probably doing it wrong.  The download should merely give you another file to install as usual.  You could try uninstalling Evernote via Windows and then try the update?

Done the uninstalling and reinstalling, downloaded fresh files from EN website to reinstall, that error message appears as well... resorted to going back to older versions EN for the moment...
