sorry getting started automating web clipper

hiya

i'd really like to be able to automate the web clipper to clip a particular page at the same time every month - my favourite newspaper just keeps updating the same page, rather than  creating a new page each month. sigh. i've had a hunt around on how to do this programmatically using python or (god forbid) powershell, but i keep drawing a blank. (i could struggle through in java, i guess, or vbasic, if anyone knows how to do it in these languages - don't ask about c++)

same date, every month ( i thought cron or task scheduler to fire it? i'm not fussy about what i run it on... lots of boxes here)

Maybe it can be done by one of the automisation apps, lIke IFTTT. Just guessing, no real knowledge.

EN runs an own program for devs who want to use the API to offer EN based services and add-ons. Maybe you can find more knowledge there than in the general forum.
