josiahbussing 4 Posted April 13, 2021 Share Posted April 13, 2021 Hello, I am running 10.11.5 on my Macbook pro (intel processor and 2 years old). I have been a long time user of Evernote (6 years plus) and am on a paid plan. However, the Evernote website won't let me contact support because their site goes in a huge loop. I am VERY frustrated with Evernote lately. I cannot get Evernote to sync from my Macbook application over to any of the online web interfaces or any of the other devices. (I am on a plan that gives me unlimited devices). I have tried all the troubleshooting steps like quitting Evernote, restarting, making sure it isn't blocked by Macbook's firewall, etc, but I can't get this to work at all... Will someone please help me get up and running? 3 Link to comment

I had to export all my notes, then reimport them after completely removing EVERYTHING from my Macbook. that was the only way it would sync. super frustrating... 1 1 Link to comment
