The latest version of desktop app not synchronising

I have updated earlier today to the latest version of desktop app, however, is not synchronising, so I must use the web; I loved the desktop app, but now is not worth it.

Also, it is wrong that the F9 shortcut is not working so to refresh the app; it was extremely useful for me.

I must go to "my account info" so to confirm the monthly usage, earlier it was much easier to check it by pressing the "usage" button.

It is necessary for me to use the desktop app as soon as possible as before, so please try to resolve all the issues, otherwise, I may need to cancel my subscription soon.

I am also experiencing this problem w/the Android apps that I use  on a Chromebook, and a Galaxy tab, and on the Google Chrome browser that I use on both devices. Thankfully, the Win10 desktop is not impacted. Starting on March 2, 2021 the apps are no longer syncing, and they are creating numerous duplicates of the open document. I have just submitted the issue to their Customer Support group.
