UNABLE TO PUT THE PIN TO ENTER THE APP

I can't put the PIN because in the screen it doesn't show all numbers. Please help.

I have this same issue and screen rotate no longer works after latest update so i cannot log in

If I had the same on iOS, I would say reduce the text size of your screen. It is probably set pretty large, moving the outer areas off the physical screen.

Second if you want to use a large display font all the time, you may be better off to stop using an additional PIN for an app, or switch to biometric ID. EN is not build to conceal information that should have an additional layer of protection, like passwords, financial access data and similar (and it is not HIPAA compliant, just to mention).
