Idea

Hey all,

I recently logged into my Evernote Web app, and saw HUNDREDS of extra devices connected to my account. I was able to fix the problem quickly by changing my password and enabling 2FA but as a I complained to customer support, I'm shocked Evernote's ML/AI didn't pick that up since the log ins were at the same time and across the globe.

Hi.  I'm not a help desk guy - this is a (mainly) user-supported forum.  As a subscriber you have direct access to Support here: https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new

As to the rest... There are several threads on this Forum dealing with 'phantom' access to the account - usually via your user name and password sourced from another account breach online.  If Evernote is given the right credentials for access it doesn't have any way to trace that you're not elsewhere in the world.
