Missing personal account

I have a business account and my personal account is missing from my pc and my iPhone but not from my iPad. Any suggestions? Where is customer service? It seems almost impossible to access. Does anyone have an email address for them?

Access to support is through one of the clients, or by login on the web, and then going to support there.

On the iPad: Click on the 3 bars bottom left, then on the symbol beside your account name top left. From the settings menu choose support, and then the last menu option to issue a ticket. Type in your issue, send it.

You will first receive an automatic answer with some help articles from the EN web site, and then support will contact you via e-mail. Waiting times for me were below 1 day when I tried it last. Remember the guys work US west coast office hours.
