Frictionless sharing of notes

I sometimes have to send the content of a note to a colleague, or a client outside the Evernote ecosystem. 

Often they are people without well-developed IT skills.

Sharing from Evernote has become problematic for me because:

- They do not want to receive a 'work chat'

- They do not want to join Evernote (or any system that is new to them)

- They do not want to do anything beyond open an URL of a note in a browser and read it on their mobile device or PC/Mac

Is there a guaranteed frictionless way to simply send a note, free from any call-to-action beyond reading it. (I'm sure I used to be able to do this in Evernote, but it seems to have become difficult).
