How can I provide a password when I use a google login. I tried the password from my google account ofc it doesn't work. 

How to type in a password when I don't have one?!?!?!?

Probably you created one when you first installed the service.

If not able to open your account, try to reach support. For Basic users it is possible to issue a ticket when "Account" is selected from the ticket type dropdown menu.
