Regret Updating Software

Why is my evernote running so slowly after I updated to the most recent version? It's infuriating!!! And, I can no longer stack tabs of multiple notes in one window?! Steps backward, UGH!

Since you don’t tell anything about the device you are using, it is a bit hard to help.

I cannot see any of my details on notes from the windows version - on my desktop   

i can still see on my laptop that i did not update to the current version - this keeps on happening every other update 

 

the way i was able to get around it for now is to use the web version on my desktop (which defeats the purpose of having the desktop version)
