Shuster 0 Posted December 20, 2020 Posted December 20, 2020 I took the latest Evernote update (for windows) and now some of my drivers are failing... For example the Realtek Audio --- get this message in properties "A driver (service) for this device has been disabled. An alternate driver may be providing this functionality. (Code 32)". has effected about 6 devices/drivers.... I did registry restore from the breakpoint before the update and the issue was resolved.... installed update again and same issue.. thoughts or suggestions to resolve issue?
Level 5* gazumped 12,227 Posted December 23, 2020 Level 5* Posted December 23, 2020 Hi. This is the only report (AFAIK) of driver issues. You should be able to uninstall Evernote / restart and correct the issue, then reinstall from Evernote.com. If you prefer to go back to the last public version prior to v10, you could download this version - http://cdn1.evernote.com/win6/public/Evernote_6.25.1.9091.exe
