Disappointed with the features marketed for premium subscriptions

Hello,

I purchased an Evernote Premium subscription less than an hour ago, in virtue of being interested in the services portrayed to be provided with it. I don't think this is the service I'm looking for. I've already cancelled my subscription, and I wish my purchase could be refunded. I find it difficult to believe that a cancellation within a timeframe of ~50 minutes doesn't elicit an automatic refund, especially when it comes to an issue regarding features one couldn't have otherwise tried. I was offered no trial period either.

I kindly ask to receive my money back.

Hi.  We're a (mainly) user-supported Forum so I'm afraid you're going to have to contact Support (https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new) to request a refund.

In point of fact the Basic (free) version of Evernote is the 'trial' option which gives you full access to most of the main features of Evernote,  and at the current time you've stepped into the middle of a major update where the main app is being updated frequently to bring it back in line with - and eventually overtake - the original software.  If you'd like to get back to full functionality while waiting for a response to the above (The Support team are super-busy because of the launch,  and it is a year-end and holiday time too...)  you could try this link:  https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052560314-Install-an-older-version-of-Evernote
