No colour choice in Notes in version 10.0

I'm not able to change the colour of the text in notes. 

There's the option of bold and italics, but no colour choice

Agree! and this is so disappointing and inconvenient because I am writing my thesis and had all earlier notes in a certain colour scheme. Now I cannot customise and have to go back to old notes, type something to get that exact colour and cut and paste. very dumb of them to have deleted this feature.

Yup! All my medical notes/text were in a deep red maroon shade. As against various other text colours in my daily journals. All up the creek now..
