Need urgent help

I have created a journal in Evernote for 2020, with lots of content that are very meaningful to me. But today, after I edited a paragraph in the note, I selected that paragraph and copy & past it to my chat message, the screen on my cell phone  is frozen, and then the whole content in my journal is gone, and nowhere to find.  I pray there is a way to get my note back. I wonder if there is any archive in the backend system that can help me to retrieve the previous version? 

Is there a tech support or customer support number that I can call and talk to someone to get support right away?
