HTC m7 Evernote issue

Thanks. please I'm not happy, my notes just disappeared, I've been looking for a means to contact Evernote for some time now until I found this.. please I need help , I've been meaning to upgrade my account for sometime but I've not had the time to, now my treasured notes just vanished, it doesn't really do much to instill confidence.

Hi.  Any reference that starts out file:// is looking for information on a local device,  not online.  Evernote have zero control over what's on your phone - you may need to talk to HTC support about that...  Do you have an Evernote user name / password?  (Don't post it here - that's a y/n question!!)
