"Thank you for choosing Evernote Premium!" Alert Blocking All Usage of App

I'm just trying to work on a note and BAM, now I'm looking at a "Thank you for choosing Evernote Premium!" alert dialogue with no way of getting rid of the dialogue. I can't use the app at all when this dialogue pops up. I've been using the app for years, I don't need to be thanked over and over again in a way that stops me from being able to use the app.

I'm on macOS Mojave 10.14.6 and Evernote 7.14 (458265 App Store) Editor: 69.3.10951 (15add1e).

Let me know if you need any other information.

You guys make a great app but this bug is really quite silly and unnecessary.

Thanks, will do. I honestly couldn't find the form to open a ticket and somehow ended up here instead. So thanks for the link.
