Dragging to shortcuts not working

I noticed that I can drag notes to notebooks that are on the sidebar, but it doesn't work if the notebook is inside shortcuts.

Hi.  Did that ever work?  It never occurred to me to try.  I always drag to the notebook list,  not the shortcut list.

Yes it worked before 10. I have my most use notebooks and stacks set as shortcuts to easily move notes around.

OK - well,  consider Evernote advised (via this forum) - it may come back in a further update:  there's lots to come...
