Printing Problem: Coming out gray

Since the update, what I print has come out in light gray (so light it looks like the ink has run out). I've replaced the ink but can't figure out what else to do. Any one else have this problem or have any advice?

Hi.  Without knowing your printer,  difficult to advise;  but maybe check whether there is a different shade or colour to use?
