How do I go back to earlier version until IOS and Windows 10 are fixed

I can't use the most recent version on my iphone or Windows 10. Program not accepting edits, crashing etc. Terrible! How do I go back to earlier version?

I am premium paying user and this just won't work.

On the iPhone: No way (iOS does not permit it). EN iOS 10.1 is in my experience at least stable and supports most workflows.
