Mac 10.2 Removed Features: Ability to Change Word Case and Capitalization

In the latest desktop version of Evernote for Mac OS, it seems like there's no longer an option to change from lower case to UPPER CASE and vice versa, nor is there any way to disable automatic capitalization.

Does anyone know where these features are now found or if they were in fact removed entirely?
