Notes not in Windows PC app but on Web client

I have updated to v10 and now all my application on my machine shows the notes and photos on by the side bar, but the notes themselves are blank. When I double click to open a specific note, it is also blank, without even the tags showing. I have looked online and can see the data still there on the web browser so I know it is not completely lost. How do I restore the notes on my machine? I want to be able to view my notes and add, even if I am offline. Is that still possible? I don't see a way to SYNC like I did before. Also, the release notes are not showing up in the help menu when selected.

Hi.  Your upgrade means Evernote is moving the files on your hard drive to a new location.  This takes some time,  but should complete within hours.  You also may be having trouble with the browser - have you tried a different one?

Same problem as the original poster. I am at V10.1.7  and now my application on my machine shows the notes and photos in the side bar, but the notes themselves are blank. When I double click to open a specific note, it is also blank, without even the tags showing. I see everything on the web browser. 

After shutting down last night and rebooting this morning, I do not have this problem anymore.

Similar problem here. Web version is ok, android too. But Windows 10 app and iPad app , they do not sync properly. The problem happened exactly after last update. Any advice ?

I'm having the same problem.  Only way to fix it was to 'Sign out' and 'Quit Evernote.'  Once I restarted the app everything was normal again.
