speake 0
Just finished upgrading and all notes back to September 2nd are missing. The notes are still accessible on my Android app. Is there a way to restore the notes or sync from the Android app to the Mac app? Link to comment
Me Ho 0
I have the same issue since upgrading my iOS app today. Evernote - this is not an anomaly - possibly bad coding? The ball is in your court - please address! Thank you. Link to comment
Level 5 Solution Shane D. 1,826 Posted October 23, 2020 Level 5 Solution Share Posted October 23, 2020 @speake @Mee Do you know about how many notes you have in your account? The reason I ask is that the initial first sync on the new clients may take awhile if you have a lot of notes. When you go to the Web Client, do you see the notes that are missing there? Were either of you accessing your account via "Sign-In with Apple"? ( @speake You mentioned using an Android so I assume not) Let me know as this will better enable me to investigate into the issue. michele.jenson@gmail.com 0
I logged in for the first time since the upgrade and I am missing a ton of notes/notebooks. I am missing at least a year's worth of notes, from Nov. 2019 to current. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps suggested in your help articles with no luck. Please help. Link to comment
Rohalt 0
Same issue here. After upgrading to 10.1.7 on my Windows pc 3 days ago, Evernote became unusuable: - I see only a few notes - Can't create new notes - Sometimes it hangs endless with the green turning circle (I left it in this state for more than a day) - Sometimes it says 'You're offline. Trying to reconnect' I tried all the steps I could find on the help pages, even reinstalling. Please help. I have sent my logfiles in a ticket. Link to comment
