Trouble reaching Evernote support

Hi,

I understand that Support Chat has been offline for some time. In the absence of chat, you're asked to raise a ticket. I've done so, but haven't received a reply yet. Anyone from Evernote able to comment on this?

My tickets are now getting answered one by one. 3 days appr. waiting time, and some still outstanding.

They are pretty much working down a queue. If it is urgent, I would choose a title that expresses the urgency.
