Scribzee - Evernote unable to render this type of image

I purchased a number of Oxford notebooks compatible with Scribzee, because Scribzee and Evernote advertise that you can scan with Scribzee and the scans will automatically load to Evernote.

I have successfully linked my Scribzee account with Evernote, but when the notes automatically come across to Evernote, instead of showing the scan it shows 'Untitled Attachment' and an error saying 'Unable to render this type of image'.

Is this error issue being resolved?

Is there a temporary fix until it is resolved?

Hi, and welcome to the forums. Someone else reported a problem between Scribzee and Evernote, though it looks like a different one:

These are user-to-user forums, so you may get a solution faster by contacting Evernote support, since you have a Premium subscription.

I assumed that I was reporting to Evernote as the forum is on discussion.evernote.com

You know what they say about assuming 🙄

Yeah I seen the other posting... it is similar I think.
