jessebrowning 0
I've been using the Outlook Clipper for a while now, though recently it has started to clip the email to save as a note and doesn't save the body of the email, or any attachments/signatures etc. The only information the clipper copies over is the sender/receiver, whoever was Cc'd in the email, and the subject. Has anyone had any experience with this issue and if there is a resolution that makes the Outlook Clipper reliable again? Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,078 Posted June 11, 2020 Level 5* Share Posted June 11, 2020 Hi. Are you using the installed Outlook 2013 or the cloud-based 365? I have the older version which still works fine for me. You could try uninstalling and reinstalling Clipper if there's an issue, or forward the email to your Evernote email address. Either way I'd suggest you submit a support ticket so Evernote can look into this further. How to save email into Evernote Link to comment
