Show the tag near the note title

Currently the tag can only be seen after you open the note, but not when browsing the whole notebook (e.g., in card view), which is very inconvenient.

For example, I can have two notes for one topic: "[idea] machine learning" and "[survey] machine learning". I have to explicitly insert the tag text to the title so that I can see them when browsing the notes. However, in this way, when I want to view all the ideas, I have to search the keyword "[idea]", which may come back with some undesired notes with the same word.

Side and top list views can display tags next to titles.  No pics though...

Thanks! I never notice that side list view can be customized. Seems a better option!
