Note unavailable message

I occasionally find this error message when I look for a particular note. It doesn't apply to other notes. I am connected to the internet. I'm using Android.

Here is what just worked for me:

I went to another device, also Android, and I was able to open the note. I made a small change and updated the note. Now I can retrieve it on my original device.
