Bullet formatting messed up after using web-based Evernote

Hi everyone, for a couple of years (at least) I've noticed that when I use the web-based version of Evernote, the bullet formatting of my note gets screwed up.  For example, I could have multi-level hierarchy of bullets but after using the web-based version, they all resort to the primary bullet.  This has been a disaster b/c some of my notes are really really long.

Any fix for this?

I have noticed the same problem for years. It's terrible. 

Also, I'll need to move bullets around and when I copy/paste them (2nd-level bullet, for example) elsewhere in the list, the bullets either paste as a top-level bullet and will not indent, or as a 3rd-level bullet. When I de-indent the 3rd-level to a 2nd-level bullet, the row then appears with two bullets (1st and 2nd level) and will not go away.
