  1. thanks, I got the problem solved using the Evernote chat support person. Just needed to switch to Beta-version of Evernote web. Bullet hierarchy now works without glitches.
  2. Just fixed the issue by switching to the Beta version of Evernote Web (instead of classic).
  3. Any fix for this annoying problem yet? It's still been a problem for me for over a year.
  4. I'm a premium user for many years. This has been a problem for me as well for over a year. I'm so pissed about this and I've basically stopped using Evernote b/c of this glitch. I want it fixed so I can get back to using Evernote again. If they don't fix the problem, I'll have to migrate to Notion entirely. If the evernote team wants to reach out to me I can describe the problem in detail and reproduce it for you.
  5. @PinkElephant Thanks. I shared the album with my Evernote email address, and a new note was created titled "Subscribe to (Album Name)". Inside, I clicked the link "Subscribe" and this prompted me to click "Join" or "Ignore." I did clicked "Join." However, I don't see the link to the actual album.... what do you mean "embedded behind the word Subscribe?" Even after I click "Join," when I go back to click the "Subscribe" link, it prompts me again to "Join" or "Ignore." Furthermore, it doesn't open up the album automatically anyway. I still have to navigate to it by browsing my Shared Albums. I tried on both iPhone and MacBook Pro. Curious if I'm missing something?
  6. I am trying to figure out a way to create a hyperlink that I can paste into Evernote which links directly to an individual photo or photo album in my Mac's "Photos" app. The reason is because I would like to avoid storing the same photo in multiple locations (e.g., apple's iCloud, Evernote, Airtable, etc). The link needs to be permanent (so I can't use the "Copy iCloud Link" feature since that link expires in 30 days). And the link needs to be private (so I can't create a Shared photo album and copy the Public URL). Ideally, when the link is clicked from my personal computer, the Photos app will open automatically on my iPhone/MacBook Pro. And if clicked from a public computer, it would require me to log into iCloud first before viewing the photos. Anyone know if creating a permanent, private link to iCloud photo(s) is this possible? Thanks!
  7. I've noticed a glitch when making a bulleted list whereby I will hit "Return" and the following line will NOT start out with a bullet. Instead it treats it as if I clicked "Shift + Return." It's hard to explain. This occurs quite frequently yet seemingly randomly. I've noticed for a while when using both the iOS app and the desktop based app that sometimes. Anyone else notice this?
  8. Hi everyone, for a couple of years (at least) I've noticed that when I use the web-based version of Evernote, the bullet formatting of my note gets screwed up. For example, I could have multi-level hierarchy of bullets but after using the web-based version, they all resort to the primary bullet. This has been a disaster b/c some of my notes are really really long. Any fix for this?
