Hipekicker

I have noticed the same problem for years. It's terrible. Also, I'll need to move bullets around and when I copy/paste them (2nd-level bullet, for example) elsewhere in the list, the bullets either paste as a top-level bullet and will not indent, or as a 3rd-level bullet. When I de-indent the 3rd-level to a 2nd-level bullet, the row then appears with two bullets (1st and 2nd level) and will not go away.
