How do you stop popup bubble requesting user to verify their email address?

Please advise if this is legitimate or not. I have an issue with repeated pop-up bubble messages that appear within the Evernote app requesting that I confirm my email address, whether the app is open/closed. How do I stop this annoying occurrence. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi.  The message is legitimate - have you actually confirmed your address?  That might stop them repeating...
