Turn Off Alphabetic Ordering for Notebooks/Stacks

I'd like to have the option to order my notebooks and stacks any way I want and not be forced to use alphabetic ordering. I think there should be an option to turn it off. Yes, there are workarounds like using prefixes but is definitely not elegant. So don't force us how to order our notebooks, give us freedom to decide for ourselves. Thank you!

The Shortcuts section supports entries for notebooks and stacks.  

Apply any order you wish using drag and drop.
