[Urgent] Cannot add seats for a new colleage

I have submitted ticket 4 days ago because somehow all the admins account cannot add seats. The screen is forever stuck on loading. The ticket only told me to screenshot the console, which display this two message in red

'failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()'

'uncaught (in promise) Error: Request failed with status code 500'.

 

They still have not answered my ticket, and I need immediate help!

Hi.  Hope you eventually got the help you needed,  because I only just found your request - we're a (mainly) user-supported forum rather than an alternative contact for Support.  If you're still stuck,  please reply with your ticket number and I can flag the query for an employee Admin to take a look.
