Problems logging into the Evernote Discussion Forums and Evernote Help & Learning

Hi All,

 

We’ve recently identified an issue that may prevent some users from being able to login to the Evernote Discussion Forums and Evernote Help & Learning.

 

Users who encounter this issue will see this error message whenever they try to login to the forums or the help & learning center:

 

 

 

 

If you are encountering this issue, verifying your email address should fix the issue as a workaround until we have determined a more permanent solution.

 

 

To manually verify your email address, please do the following:

 

1. Go to www.evernote.com/Login.action, and login to your Evernote Account
2. Create a new note
3. Click on Share in the upper right hand corner
4. Enter an email address to share the note (You won’t actually be sharing the note)
5. Then click Send if you’re on the old web client, or click Send Invitation if you’re using the new Evernote Web
6. Once you click send, you will receive the prompt:
    
   
    
7. Click on Verify Email, which will send a verification email to the email address associated with your Evernote Account
8. Check your email for a message titled Verify your Evernote email address
9. Open the verification email, and click on Verify now to complete the verification
10. Once completed, retry signing into the Evernote Discussion Forums or Evernote Help & Learning
