Phone call get in will stop recording session during meeting

Hi

Have a problem, when I record a meeting with Evernotes on my iPhone and get a phone call at the same time, recording STOP.  If you do not paid attention, lost important note during recording that's really painfull.

 

PS By the way I can I get email support address?  Navigating on Evernotes Website is terrible.....

Hi.  Incoming phone calls will probably interrupt any recording features - the microphone would have been taken over by a different app when the call came in.  I doubt Evernote will be able to avoid that issue.  You will be able to ask them directly if you contact support.
