Categorizing notes within a notebook

I use one notebook per prospect/client and create a new note for each call, meeting, etc.  The issue I'm having is if I make any change to an older note, it gets moved to the top of the list.  Is there a way to have the notes sorted by create date and not update date?  Thanks!

You could switch to List View then sort by Create Date. View|Note List.
