Text formatting in Code fragment

Hi everyone,

i see a problem when i insert block "code fragment" and paste a code from my buffer, there is no color text formatting.
In this case i supposte to color up every single word to make a code more readable.

Is there a possibility, to ask developers not to drop color from buffer when i copypaste.
