I would really appreciate it if you could add the ability to profile the email address with a default address. I love the product and use it to scan invoices and receipts at the till counter, but having to enter my email address doubles the time taken. I know this would be super easy to include and I am sure that it would benefit nearly all users that email their receipts to themselves so they can easily have it on their computers.
