Katsuya 0
When I followed my public link URL, the notes show up fine first but as soon as I scroll down on the notes or change sorting, they disappear. This seems to only happen when I am on "view by: Snippet" I can see the notes fine when I change to list form. Link to comment
KBo1 6
I am having this problem, too! It is definitely a problem and I can't submit a ticket for it. Can someone who has a paid account *please* tell them about this problem? I am on Windows 10 and using a laptop. Scrolling makes my list disappear but search still works. I have a video but this ridiculous site won't let me upload it and it's only 43 seconds long. Link to comment
Level 5* jefito 5,589 Posted August 7, 2018 Level 5* Share Posted August 7, 2018 This is the Evernote web client? Looks like the old "classic" version. Moving this topic to a web client specific forum. Evernote employees do read these forums, so posting it here is fine. Link to comment
KBo1 6
I have no option to view anything but the classic version. How do I switch to whatever version works? It is possible that in the past I preferred the classic to the new UI. If that will fix the problem then I appreciate any information you can provide. Link to comment
Level 5* jefito 5,589 Posted August 7, 2018 Level 5* Share Posted August 7, 2018 Go to Settings. On the Account Summary page, look for "Evernote Web'. You should have the option to change to the "current version" or the "beta version". Link to comment
KBo1 6
Fantastic! That fixed the problem. Hopefully, Katsuya will see this and also be able to switch to the current version. Link to comment
KBo1 6
And now I remember why I completely dislike the current version. But that's a topic for another discussion. Link to comment
