cathyg78 0 Posted July 24, 2018 Share Posted July 24, 2018 Hi all, Recently out of the blue I have been unable to access my notebooks or notes on my Macbook. I never had the cloud version but I cannot sign in my desktop version ??? I (mistakenly) signed into the online account but nothing resides there because I never used an online version. This is perplexing. I am wondering if my notes are still available to me as of course like everyone I have important things I need that are hidden behind this new wall. Anyone have any thoughts on why this happened and on how I can once again access my notes? The sign-in only leads to the online site. Thank you! Link to comment

Your data is uploaded to the Evernote servers and can be accessed online via the web platform at www.evernote.com A copy of the data is also maintained on Mac devices. Has your Mac had internet service on a regular basis? The usual cause of "cannot access notes" is an incorrect userid/password is being used Link to comment
