wklemm 0 Posted June 26, 2018 Share Posted June 26, 2018 In a laptop PC, I changed my EN web password, and things work fine on this laptop. However, when using EN web on my desktop, all the notes are missing. It does not sync. What is the fix? Link to comment
Level 5* DTLow 5,737 Posted June 26, 2018 Level 5* Share Posted June 26, 2018 There is only one account password; no separate EN Web password. EN Web accesses the data on the Evernote server. This is the master version of your notes. The PC platform accesses a local copy of your notes. "All the notes are missing" could be caused by different userids being used, i.e. two different accounts. Link to comment
