Change email into an existing account email

I am trying to change my email into an email that already have an account (but is empty, I never used it). I deactivated it, but Evernote still recognizes it asociated with an account.

How I can use that email for my account? Thanks!

Change the email address on this deactivated account.

You may need a throw-away address to use for this.  You can create a temporary one at the mail provider services.
