How do I edit/annotate PDFs with stylus in Surface?

I am using Evernote in a Surface tablet (Windows 10) with the original Stylus. The app does not seem to pop up the PDF annotate menu when using the stylus, only when you use the mouse, and do the right click thing. But annotate is more natural when using the stylus.  Has anyone experienced the same problem? Any solution?
