Add Tags Dialog "Ok" button should have accelerator key

Hit Ctrl+Alt+T

Alt +n  to type a new tag.

Alt + o should work to hit "OK" button.

Otherwise you have to hit tab until the OK button is focused.

Just hit Enter. OK does not typically have an accelerator key in Window. OK is typically Return, just as Cancel is typically ESC.

Doesn't really work if you've just typed a tag name in the "Add a new tag:" edit control, as that control swallows the Enter to add the tag to the list. Ctrl+Enter should probably work there, but it doesn't either; it just acts like Enter does

Yes it does not work.  Enter key should probably work in the "Add a new tag" control.  But adding Alt+o would also work.  I'm good with the keyboard, I wouldn't be posting about accelerator keys if things were working decently.
