dennisjj1738 0 Posted May 7, 2018 Share Posted May 7, 2018 I recently switched emails and want to update my Evernote account with the new one. However, my profile continues to show my old email no matter what I do. When I try to change it, I get an message stating that the (new) email address is alreacy in use. Notwithstanding, my profile still shows the old one. I will be soon closing my old account using the old address and the old address will no longer exist. I am concerned that when this happens I will lose all of my Evernote data files if they are still organized under old address. It appears that somehow I have both emails set up under my name in the same account. I don't know how it happened and I don't know how to fix it. I would be very grateful for any help. Thank you.
