Ужасное форматирование таблиц при копировании из продуктов Микрософт Офис

Наболело.

Копирую нормально выглядящую табличку из письма в Outlook:

Вставляю в заметку и получаю такое:

 

Почему строки стали такими высоченными?
Что произошло с шириной таблицы, почему последний столбец не влез?
Как это все исправить? Что я делаю не так?

Ей богу, после такого хочется уйти куда-нибудь, где с таблицами будет все ок.

When EN updated their table handling they added quite a bit of padding to the cells, more than needed in my opinion as well.  If you are a bit familiar with HTML, you can adjust the padding by exporting the note and editing the resultant ENEX file with Notepad or the like and then importing the ENEX back to EN.  PITA any way you look at it.  You can adjust the column widths by dragging the border lines.  FWIW.
