Cannot Edit Note

After I open a note it says "you don't have permission to edit this note".

I changed phones.  The new phone is where this happens.

Also, my older notes give me a different message.  I can't even open them. it just says cannot open note or something like that.

Can I get some help?

Hi.  It sounds like the note(s) you are trying to edit are owned by someone else.  How did you log in to your account from your new phone?  Did you share one account's notes with a second account?
