vladevernote 2
Hello, suddenly all my notes are empty seeing in the Chrome browser. On the sidebar left I see the list of all notes and, as usually, part of the note content along the note title. On the right side only the note title is visible, the rest is empty. I already tried to clear chrome cache, no help. All notes are just fine seeing in the Microsoft Edge browser (that I actually do not use) on the same machine (Windows 10). What else could I try? Thank You very much. Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,689 Posted January 16, 2018 Level 5* Share Posted January 16, 2018 Hi. There are several comments today that notes are not showing up in the Chrome browser - looks like Chrome updated and broke some connectivity with Evernote. I'm sure the team will be looking into this - quite a few of them will use Chrome too - but meantime the workaround is probably to use another browser. Firefox and Edge still seem to be working fine. If you want to help fix this, please raise a support ticket if you're a subscriber on https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new or tweet them if not via https://twitter.com/evernotehelps Link to comment
joeyhkim 0
Same issue here. I tried on multiple computers including Windows, Mac, and Ubuntu, and Evernote notes are not showing in Chrome for any of those OSes. Link to comment

borgille 5
I posted a solution in another thread. If you have an ad blocker, try whitelisting Evernote.com. Link to comment
ua231 0
I had the same thing happen to me. Lately, I'd been signing in with my Google account so I wondered if this would affect it even though I don't remember having issues with it before. However, that is not the method I used to sign up for Evernote when I first opened my account. I went ahead and logged out then logged back in with username and password and saw all my notes intact this time. I hope this helps. Link to comment
