Theodore 0
Trying to figure out how to Ink a pdf on my Surface Pro. I read a lot of PDF's and I need to be able to make handwritten notes as I read. If it's not possible, similar to OneNote, then it's a dealbreaker and I'll be going back to OneNote. Link to comment

I'm not a Surface user but I know Evernote has an annotation feature feature for pdfs It's a paid feature; documentation here https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/209005157-Which-Evernote-product-is-right-for-me- and https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/209005587-How-to-annotate-images-and-PDFs-in-Evernote I'm not impressed with the annotation quality. Instead, I use the Notability app on my iPad There are many third-party apps that do pdf annotations. I also use iAnnotate on my iPad Link to comment
