I suppose this happens due to auto sync feature. Maybe, this triggers the note to be synced whenever it's modified. I hope they add a sync exception while I'm still writing. It's totally okay even if the sync is delayed until I have done/paused writing. Link to comment

It fully stops EN syncs for a specified time period and can terminated by simply typing in the window. I created the hack as is and also created a five minute version.
